You should aim to arrive at the wedding venue Tenuta Sant'Ilario to check in for the wedding weekend by 3pm on Friday 20th June 2025.

When should I RSVP for the wedding by?

Please RSVP for the wedding weekend by Friday 29th November 2024.
What is the dress code for the wedding?

The dress code for the wedding day is smart attire and for the rest of the wedding weekend feel free to wear what you feel comfortable in.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be taking place outdoors with some scattered shade. However, Italy can get very hot in June so make sure you prepare for 25-35°C.
What should I expect from an outdoor wedding ceremony in Tuscany?

Expect amazing views, peaceful countryside, warm hospitality, and a great atmosphere. Enjoy Tuscany’s charm while we take care of every detail.
What accommodation is there for me to stay?

We have booked all accommodation at the wedding venue Tenuta Sant'Illario for our wedding guests. If you wish for us to allocate you a room for the wedding weekend (Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd June 2025) let us know via the RSVP form here. Accommodation costs are to be covered by guests, therefore if you wish to book a room it will cost £210 per person for 2 nights / 3 days.
Has transport been arranged to and from the wedding venue for guests?

We can organise group transport from the two local airports Pisa and Florence on the morning/afternoon on Friday 20th June 2025 and Sunday 22nd June 2025 if required. Guests will need to cover travel costs so please let us know if you wish for us to organise transport via the RSVP form here and we can get a quote for you.

The weather in June in Tuscany, Italy is hot and dry. Temperatures can vary between 25 - 35°C.
Where can I park at the wedding venue?

There is parking available at Tenuta Sant'Illario if you wish to hire a car and park it there for the wedding weekend.
Which airport is closest to the wedding venue?

The two airports which are closest to Tenuta Sant'Illario is Pisa International Airport and Florence Airport. Note, if you are flying from London Stansted Airport then Pisa International Airport if the one you will fly into and if you are flying from London Gatwick Airport you will fly into Florence Airport
