GUEST TRAVEL
Travel costs are to be covered by guests including flights and airport transfers. If you are flying from the United Kingdom the closest airports to our venue are Pisa International Airport (PSA) and Florence Airport (FLR). You can fly from London Stansted Airport to Pisa Airport or from London Gatwick Airport to Florence Airport. Costs will vary depending on your route but the earlier you book the cheaper the flight costs.

We can organise a group airport transfer for you from and to the airport in Italy, just let us know if you would like this via our RSVP form here and we can let you know how much per person this will cost to organise.
GUEST ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation costs are to be covered by guests. We have held all of the rooms at the wedding venue for our guests for 2 nights over the wedding weekend (Friday 20th - Sunday 22nd June 2025). The rooms are first come first serve so let us know as soon as possible via the RSVP form if you would like us to allocate you a room. The cost for this accommodation is £210 per person for the weekend (2 nights / 3 days).

Each room will be decorated in typical Tuscan style with an en-suite bathroom. You can take advantage of basic amenities such as; WiFi, kettle, hair dryer, television, water, safe and mini toiletries.
If you wish to book accommodation outside of the venue let us know and we can help you to find alternative options.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
All main meals for guests will be covered by the bride and groom for the wedding weekend. This includes a continental breakfast, light lunch and dinner, any additional food requests will need to be covered by guests.

Standard alcoholic drinks (i.e. wine, prosecco, beer, select spirits etc.) and soft drinks will be covered by the bride and groom during all main wedding events throughout the weekend. Any special alcoholic drink requests (i.e. cocktails, select spirits) outside of these main wedding events will need to be covered by guests.

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies when you RSVP here so that we can inform catering in advance. Please also share your preferred beverages for the wedding weekend so that we can try our best to accommodate as many requests as possible.
